Pearl Castle Group Invests in Ten New Actros 6x2 Prime Movers

Hap Seng Trucks Distribution is proud to announced that Lukut, Port Dickson - based transport company Pearl Castle has invested in ten brand new Mercedes-Benz Actros 6x2 prime movers from the trucking solutions provider to expand its 70-strong fleet of vehicles servicing the petroleum, water supply and construction sectors. 

Pearl Castle has been a customer of Hap Seng Trucks Distribution for the last four years, and, according to Mr. Puvaneswaran a/l Asaithamby, Managing Director of Pearl Castle, the company is highly satisfied with the service it has received from HSTD as well as with the quality of the trucks. 

“The Actros prime mover is a solid and reliable truck, and this is a key benefit for us,” said Puvaneswaran. “We’ll be buying more Actros in the future as we expand our fleet further. In the meantime, managing the maintenance of our trucks is a constant concern, but HSTD’s Actros Service Contract helps to maintain our trucks well. We have also benefited from the Loan Facility which we received from Hap Seng Credit.”

Pearl Castle provides a complete transportation service for petroleum products and water supply in Peninuslar Malaysia. The company is particularly strong in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan but also reaches many remote areas and difficult to reach locations, and so operates a varied fleet of diesel trucks with capacities ranging from 2730 to 43680 litres. The company was the first transporter to transfer 30,030 litres of DIESEL from Gerik Jetty to Hibrid Kemar Solar Station, the biggest solar station in Malaysia.
